Career Planning is among the basic concepts of the University. It includes the Counselling and regular guidance of students to concentrate on building moral character of students by stressing the needs of imbibing Aligarh spirit.
For this purpose the students are divided in groups of 20-30, and each group is assigned to a teacher for all the 4 years till the section/group graduates from the University. The teachers/counsellers are supposed to motivate the students of his group to obey and respect their teachers and to solve or take up to solve the individual problems of students, also to motivate the students to maintain discipline at Campus, attend classes with regularly with punctuality, wearing uniform etc. Periodic meetings with students are held to create a family atmosphere.
