Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, gets Membership of the Association of Commonwealth Universities and the Member of International Association of Universities UNESCO. In a letter addressed to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Saiyid Nazir Ahmad, Member of the Governing board, Mr. Michael Gibbons, Secretary General, Association of Common wealth Countries has congratulated on the Sir Syed University's Membership of the Association and hoped to meet him at the Common wealth Universities General Conference held in August, 1998 in Ottawa.
